• Mandatory Disclosures: Callers must disclose the use of AI in robocalls when obtaining prior express consent from consumers. Additionally, each AI-generated call must include a disclosure to help consumers recognize and manage these calls effectively.

• Technological Enhancements: The plan advocates for the development of technology that assists consumers in identifying and blocking unwanted AI-generated calls.

• Protection for Beneficial Uses: It aims to safeguard the positive applications of AI-generated calls, particularly for consumers with disabilities.
